StreetChat.net), StreetChat, a subscription based media content forum where you can post messages and read messages posted by other users, or the Hammer Indicator (collectively referred to as the "Site"). By using the Site, you indicate that you understand, accept and agree to comply with every term and condition of this User Agreement. This User Agreement is a binding agreement between you and The Hammerstone Group, LLC ("Hammerstone"), the sponsor of the Site. 3) By posting a message in any of the StreetChat Forums (the "Forums"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

• StreetChat does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, any content posted on the Forums, whether the topic is first selected by StreetChat or a user.
• While HammersHubs has no obligation to monitor the Forum, it may, from time to time, monitor the Forum to determine whether postings comply with User Agreement, to guide the discussion on the Forums, for other reasons or no reason at all.
• StreetChat cannot and does not guarantee that it will post or continue to post every message or other content you or other users submit to the Forums.
• StreetChat reserves the right to edit or abridge postings for any reason and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in StreetChat's sole discretion.
• You agree to be fully responsible for your own postings and agree to access and use the Forums at your own risk on an as-is basis.
• You agree to post only messages that relate to the subject matter of the Forums.
• You agree not to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
• You agree not to post messages that contain material that is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or indecent. This includes any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. You agree to give attribution to others when you quote or paraphrase materials owned by others.
• You agree not to upload files, or cause users to upload files, that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may adversely affect the operation of another's computer.
• You agree not to advertise or promote any goods or services in the Forums. This includes, among other things, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", and "pyramid schemes."
• You agree not to conduct contests or distribute chain letters through the Forums.
• You agree not to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law in connection with your use of the Forums. This includes, among other things, any securities law or regulation.
• By posting a message, uploading a file, or engaging in any other form of communication through the Forums, you are granting StreetChat a perpetual, royalty-free and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, and sell any such messages, files or communications.
• You agree to indemnify and hold StreetChat and its affiliates and their respective, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise out of any of your postings and any material contained therein.

4) Some Content is owned by third parties; the rest of the Site is owned by StreetChat.

• The Site and all intellectual property (including without limitation copyrights, patents, database rights, trademarks, and service marks) ("Intellectual Property") and proprietary rights pertaining thereto and contained therein (i) are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws; (ii) are owned by StreetChat or third parties and; (iii) shall remain the property of StreetChat and/or such other third parties.
• You may not decompose, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce all or any portion of the Site.
• You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, sublicense, assign, loan, resell for profit or distribute all or any portion of the Site.
• You may not publish, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit, create any derivative of or otherwise disseminate any of the Site except as explicitly permitted in this User Agreement.
• You may print copies of any accessible portion or portions of the Site only for your own personal use. You may discuss information that you learn from the Site with your financial, legal or tax advisors, and others with whom you share investment decisions.
• You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice or legend contained on (or printed from) the Site.
• The StreetChat, The Hammerstone Group, and other names and indicia of Hammerstone products and/or services are exclusive trademarks and service marks of Hammerstone. Other product and company names appearing on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners

5) We make no guarantees, promises or assurances regarding the Site or any Content.

• We do not assure you that the Site will lead to profitable investments.
• You may lose all your money if you make investments based on the Content or discussions in the Forum.
• You alone are responsible for your use of the Site.
• You alone are responsible for any action you take or decision you make in reliance on the Site.

6) There are various risks you assume in using the Site.
